Wolfpack Support Services
1. General
By purchasing a book, eBook, workshop, or service from Wolfpack Support Services (WPSS), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and the NDIS Code of Conduct, ensuring your rights are protected.
2. Services & Products
Wolfpack Support Services provides:
- Books and eBooks
- Workbooks, toolkits, and digital resources
- Workshops, training, and professional development
- NDIS-aligned therapeutic supports (capacity building and recovery coaching)
All products and services are described in good faith and delivered with care.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable.
- Payment is required at the time of booking or purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- NDIS-funded services must have a signed Service Agreement in place.
4. Refunds & Returns (ACL Compliance)
Change of Mind
- We are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind.
- At our discretion, we may offer a credit or exchange for digital products, workshops, or books under certain conditions.
Major Problems
You are entitled to a refund or replacement if a product or service has a major problem (as defined by the ACL). This applies if it:
- Is significantly different from the description or sample provided
- Is unsafe
- Cannot be delivered as agreed
Minor Problems
If an issue is minor, we will work with you to fix it within a reasonable time. This may include repairing the problem, re-delivering the service, or replacing a resource at no extra cost.
Digital Products
- Due to the nature of digital content (eBooks, PDFs, online toolkits), refunds are not offered once the file has been delivered, unless required under the ACL.
Proof of Purchase
- Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or bank record) is required for all claims.
5. Cancellations
- Workshops & Training: Cancellations made 7+ days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund or credit.
- NDIS Services: Cancellations are subject to the terms of the Service Agreement and NDIS cancellation rules.
6. Extended Warranties
Any extended guarantees or additional promises we provide are in addition to your consumer rights under the ACL.
7. Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with a purchase or service:
- Contact us directly at jyee@wpss.com.au.
- If we cannot resolve the matter, you may contact your state or territory Consumer Affairs office or the NDIS Commission (for NDIS-funded services).
8. Updates
Wolfpack Support Services may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in law, NDIS guidelines, or business practices. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
